Robert had been our contact
for several months, helping us to plan our wedding on Aruba. February
22nd 2007 was the day, when we got married on Eagle Beach at the Bucuti
Resort and … it became our most beautiful day. Also because of Robert,
as being our wedding planner and photographer. Everything that day was
planned smoothly so we could enjoy this day and of our guests. Every
breathtaking picture taken that day (and there were lots of them),
reminds us of this greatest day in our lives. Thanks Robert!! |

My fiance and I agreed last year to get married on Aruba, where we've owned a timeshare since 1997. We fell in love with the island and its people on our first visit. Since we both have been married before, we wanted a small, simple wedding. With all the documents necessary for non-residents to marry on Aruba, a local, full-time wedding planner is a must! I chose 2GoAruba because I was impressed by their prompt replies to my e-mails, sometimes within the hour. They also did not try to sell me anything I did not want. Their rates were reasonable, too. The day was absolutely fabulous! There was no tension due to the expertise of Robert & Valerie. Even though we were running late, they never made us feel uncomfortable. Everything went so smoothly. The salon that Valerie picked out did a wonderful job on my hair & make-up. Erick & his partner at the salon were experts. The pictures that Robert has taken were extraordinary. They look like postcards. Valerie is so personable; she just makes you feel like you have known her for years. The ceremony was a lot more than we had expected. The set up on the beach was just beautiful, for just our quaint renewal ceremony. The Minister that was chosen made the ceremony so special & romantic. All in all we can not say enough good things about all the help we received right from the beginning. We got married in Aruba when our cruise ship visited the port of Oranjestad for one day. We made all the arrangements via email with Valery and Robert. They were excellent about responding quickly to our many questions. On our wedding day they met us at the cruise ship and took us through the ceremony and cake and champagne reception. The ceremony and reception exceeded our expectations if that is possible and Robert’s pictures candidly captured the happiness of the day’s activities. Getting married on a sunny and romantic destination… That is all we wanted. But all the arrangements how do you do that? We had to do nothing but just to be present on the day of our wedding. They also took good care of our 3 year old son Noah.
